Terms of Service

FunInput is operated by CONGLIAN TECHLONOGY LIMITED, a company in Hong Kong. By creating an account or using FunInput, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them.

If you use FunInput for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

FunInput uses automated systems and artificial-intelligence models to help organize source material and generate presentation-ready visual work. Features, formats, limits, and model providers may change as the service develops.

During public beta, features may be incomplete, interrupted, or modified without advance notice. We may impose reasonable limits needed for capacity, security, storage, or fair access.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared to evade limits, or created in bulk through automated means.

You retain your rights in material you upload or enter. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use your material and instructions. Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious code, or includes sensitive information that is not necessary for the work.

As between you and FunInput, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the generated work produced for your account. You remain responsible for reviewing it before publication or reliance.

AI-generated work can contain factual errors, misspellings, unsuitable content, or similarities to other work. Results are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free from third-party claims. FunInput does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You may not use FunInput to:

• break the law, facilitate harm, fraud, harassment, or exploitation;
• infringe privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights;
• create deceptive impersonation or misrepresent generated work as verified fact;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the service or its limits;
• distribute malware, credentials, or unlawfully obtained personal data; or
• use automated access unless we have expressly authorized it in writing.

Public-beta access is currently free. When paid access begins, fees will be based on successfully delivered pages or images at the rates published on the Pricing page and presented before payment is enabled.

Unless you separately agree to a subscription in the future, FunInput does not charge a recurring subscription or renew automatically. Refunds and billing corrections are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

You may stop using FunInput at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, legal obligations, non-payment, material breach, or risk to other users or the service.

Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export available work. We may immediately act where delay would create harm or violate law. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunInput is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to FunInput in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will publish the revised terms and effective date, and provide additional notice where a change materially affects your rights.
