CONGLIAN TECHLONOGY LIMITED is the operator of FunInput and the data user responsible for personal data described in this policy. Our business contact address appears at the end of this page.

• Account data, including your name, email address, authentication identifiers, sign-in method, and interface-language preference.
• Source material, instructions, project and work names, generated images, presentation content, edits, exports, and sharing settings.
• Service activity, including feature use, generation requests, task status, usage and cost records, storage use, feedback, and support correspondence.
• Technical and security data, including IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request identifiers, error events, and anti-abuse signals.
• Payment and order data if paid access is introduced, including package, amount, currency, payment status, and processor identifiers. FunInput does not receive or store full payment-card numbers from Stripe Checkout.

We use personal data to provide and secure accounts; ingest and organize source material; generate, edit, store, export, and share work; operate task queues and service limits; send account and service communications; provide support; prevent abuse; investigate errors; understand product performance; comply with law; and establish or defend legal rights.

We collect data that is reasonably necessary for these purposes. Where information is optional, you may choose not to provide it, although a related feature may then be unavailable.

To create work, FunInput sends relevant source material, instructions, intermediate plans, and reference images to contracted AI service providers. Automated output is returned to FunInput and stored with your project.

FunInput does not use your private source material or private generated work to train a general-purpose model. We may use operational records and de-identified or aggregated measurements to evaluate reliability, cost, and product performance.

We disclose data only as reasonably needed to the following classes of recipients:

• cloud hosting, storage, security, error-monitoring, and content-delivery providers;
• AI model and processing providers used to perform requested generation;
• authentication, anti-abuse, email-delivery, and customer-support providers;
• Stripe and related payment providers when paid checkout is enabled;
• professional advisers, regulators, courts, or authorities where required or reasonably necessary; and
• a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.

A work is accessible to others only when you explicitly enable its public sharing link. We do not sell personal data or private source material.

FunInput and its providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Locations can have different data-protection laws. We use contractual, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect data when it is processed by service providers.

We retain account data and user content while needed to provide the service. You may remove individual source items, works, sharing access, or projects through available controls. Some information can remain temporarily in backups, security records, billing records, or legal records until the applicable retention need expires.

We do not keep personal data longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used, taking account of account status, contractual and legal requirements, dispute handling, security, and backup cycles.

FunInput uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, account security, language preference, and core product operation. Security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile and sign-in providers such as Google may set or read their own identifiers under their policies. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data from unauthorized or accidental access, alteration, loss, erasure, or use. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should use a strong password and avoid uploading information that is not needed for your work.

You may ask whether we hold personal data about you and request access to or correction of that data. You may also request account or content deletion, subject to information we must retain for security, transactions, disputes, or law.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will explain if applicable law permits or requires us to decline or limit a request.

We may update this policy as FunInput, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects how personal data is used.
